While the result in Donegal didn't go our way, our replayed game with Kildrum Tigers FC proved to be another display of character by our Senior team, which can only augur well for the future. It was disappoinmting not to qualify for the FAI Senior Cup, but it certainly was not for the want of effort or skill on our part. That a game of such importance was allowed to go ahead on such a poor, barely playable pitch, is questionable. Kildrum will travel to Cork to play College Corinthians at the end of January in the next round, and we wish them well.

On 6 Oct the team secured a memorable victory over Senior Division side Glebe North in the 1st round,
